About us at the LifeShaping Process
 The LifeShaping Process has been put together by us, Paul and Denise Douglass, a pair of dedicated therapists who have been helping people to overcome all kinds of anxiety based problems for more years than we care to remember!
We both became therapists because of a genuine desire to help people to feel better, and the fact that people have always said that we seem to have an ability to make things just 'make sense'.
Our therapy practices over the years have included North London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Harley Street in London. We run the extremely successful hypnotherapy website Avon Hypnotherapy, where you can see our range of mp3 hypnosis downloads, or if you're in the UK, you can find a hypnotherapist in your area to have a chat with.
We currently run the LifeShaping Process from our office in the lovely Cambridgeshire Fenlands.
We also do lots of supervision for therapists around the world, and love helping therapists to help their clients more effectively.
The LifeShaping Process Name
The name 'LifeShaping' came from the simple idea that if you know how you would like your life to be, know how to change it, and put the effort into getting there, you really can 'shape your life'.
There are far too many people out there who just live with a problem because they don't know how to change it, and LifeShaping is all about making things possible.
Why did we make LifeShaping an online process?
We love helping people. People can change SO much of their life when they know how, and we've always wished there was a way to help more people. We were often frustrated to get a question from someone in another country for example, asking if we could help them, only to have to say we could have if they could have got to our practice, but as they're so far away, here's nothing we could do.
We wanted to make a way that we could help people wherever they are in the world, and the LifeShaping Process is the result.
The LifeShaping Process took us over a year of development to get to the initial release. Since LifeShaping was first released, it has proved to be extremely popular with people all over the world, who now, with the help of the LifeShaping Process, have taken back control of their life!
