Ablutophobia is the fear of bathing.

Where Does Ablutophobia Come From?
Ablutophobia, just like most phobias, come from an subconscious 'overprotection' mechanism. The fear of bathing is caused by the mind over-estimating the danger caused by bathing, believing that bathing presents an actual threat, where in reality it may not.
Ablutophobia can be caused by an 'unresolved' emotional conflict.
Can Ablutophobia Be Treated?
