Where Does Amathophobia Come From?
Amathophobia, just like most phobias, come from an subconscious 'overprotection' mechanism. The fear of dust is caused by the mind over-estimating the danger caused by dust, believing that dust presents an actual threat, where in reality it may not.
Amathophobia can be caused by an 'unresolved' emotional conflict.
