Where Does Amnesiphobia Come From?
Amnesiphobia, just like most phobias, come from an subconscious 'overprotection' mechanism. The fear of amnesia is caused by the mind over-estimating the danger caused by amnesia, believing that amnesia presents an actual threat, where in reality it may not.
Amnesiphobia can be caused by an 'unresolved' emotional conflict.
