What is i-Talk?
i-Talk is a short, fascinating and easy to follow programme, which can show you in around six simple steps, how to completely change your life!
We’ve developed i-Talk to be a flexible, convenient and cost effective course of online sessions that can help you to not only feel much better about the problem that you’re looking for help with, but also, feel much better about yourself.
i-Talk can help you to feel more in control… more in control of yourself, and more in control in your life.

Who is i-Talk for?
- Do you ever feel ‘anxious’, ‘panicky’ or ‘out of control’?
- Do you ever worry about what other people may be thinking about you?
- Do you have a fear or a phobia that’s affecting your life?
- Are you doing something that you don’t want to be doing any more?
- Is there something that you aren’t doing but you’d like to do?
- Do you have a problem in life that you feel might have an ‘emotional’ or ‘thinking’ element to it?
- Are you fed up with some aspect of your life, and want to change it?
…if you can answer 'yes' to ANY of those in yourself, then i-Talk could be for you.
How do i-Talk sessions work?
i-Talk is a series of around six sessions.
Each of the sessions is done online with the therapist via video call.
There may also (depending on the session), have access to some downloadable content that you can use between sessions.
Each session, you’ll meet up with the therapist online, and learn about many aspects of the problem you have, about your personality (what ‘makes you tick’), and how you can think and feel differently about things.
Then, in between the sessions, you’ll be able to apply those things you’ve learned to your life, and start to SIGNIFICANTLY change the way you think about and react to things. You’ll soon start to see that some of the problems that you thought you were ‘stuck with’, really CAN change surprisingly easily when you know how!
What do I need for i-Talk Sessions?
All you need to get up and running with i-Talk is a computer, access to the internet (broadband if possible), and a webcam and microphone*.
How much do i-Talk sessions cost?
First, the REALLY good bit! - The initial consultation, which is a really good chance for us to meet up online for a chat about it all (via video call) is FREE OF CHARGE!
After that, each session is only £40, and includes either a full 40 to 50 minute video call with the therapist. (The session fee also covers any additional downloadable content that may be supplied… so there’s nothing extra to pay for that…. which is nice!).
How do I get started with i-Talk?
The first thing to do is to book up your FREE initial consultation.
We’ll arrange a time to meet up for a chat (via video call), and then we’ll have a really good talk about the problem that you’re looking for help with, and we’ll be able to tell you whether or not we think we’ll be able to help you.
If we feel that we can’t help you, we’ll be honest and say so, so you know you’re not wasting your time, plus, there’s no obligation to go any further if you don’t feel it’s the right sort of thing for you.
