Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a condition whose symptoms include abdominal pain, diarrhoea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, or an otherwise unexplained change in bowel movements.
There is no single known physical cause of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
When the term Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBS was first coined in the 1950's, it was suggested that, because there was no detectable physical cause to Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), it should be regarded as a psychological, or psychosomatic problem.
Studies at the time also suggested that the best treatment for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), was up to a year and a half of psychotherapy.

I hope you are well and everything is going OK with you and Denise.
I have been wanting to write for a bit to tell you how I got on going on holiday.
We arrived at Stansted Airport and tried to park the car in the Red Car Park as intructed (all done on internet before hand). It was full up. So went in next car park thought this was good and parked right outside the doors. Then realised we were in the drop off car park! Went to next car park and found a space miles away. Supposed to be short term parking!

Finally we were called to another desk and rushed through.

Got through all the customs but Pete started to panic as we were walking towards the gate he had left his cap in the basket. We went back and finally found it.

We then started rushing to get train to our plane. Rushed to the gate and just made it. Walked on plane and we took off.

Then Pete spilt tea all down me.

We arrived travelled on a coach and taxi to get to the hotel.
