Booking an Initial Consultation

An initial consultation is simply the best way of getting to meet one another, and having a friendly chat about the problem that you're looking for help with.

We can meet up, and talk about the various types of treatment available, and then together, we can decide which one, if any, would best be suited to your needs.

One of the best things about the initial consultation, is that it's a 'stand-alone' session, and so there's absolutely no-obligation to go any further with the therapy if you don't feel it's completely right for you.

Please note that an initial consultation is not usually required for a stop smoking session.

Paul and Denise are experienced, understanding, and completely non-judgemental. All consultations are held in the strictest confidence.
