It's been nearly a year now since myself and my partner Ged gave up smoking with your help (16th June 2007) and I just wanted to say thank you and keep you up to date with our progress.  I'm due to leave my current job next week (and this contact address) so I thought I better do it now before I forget.

Seeing you and the techniques you used really put the whole thing in prospective and from being very dependant smokers (but also two people who really enjoyed smoking) we can never see ourselves being smokers again!!

We have not become the smug type (ex smokers are always the worse for telling people what to do) but we are very proud of ourselves.  So once again Paul, Thank you.
