What is a Vaginismus Dilator?
A vaginismus dilator (or vaginal dilator) is a smooth, usually plastic, cylindrical shaped object which is used, often by a vaginismus sufferer, to stretch the muscles of the vagina.

A vaginismus dilator is used in stages, and therefore usually comes as a set of vaginismus dilators which increase in size. This allows a woman with vaginismus to gradually increase the size of the vaginismus dilator as her vagina gets progressively used to the increase in dilator size.
