  • To gather any further details that might help us to handle the submitter's request more quickly and effectively

  • Where the person is contacting Avon Hypnotherapy with regard to a training course, we may pass such details to a third party training provider.
  • Where the person is contacting Avon Hypnotherapy with regard to referral to a therapist in a particular geographic area, we may a) pass such details to a third party therapist in order for that third party therapist to contact that person, and b) log the details for our own records.
