What happens to a smoker's body when they stop smoking?
What will happen to my body after I stop smoking?
When you stop smoking, your body begins to heal itself straight away. The following will give you an idea of the timescales involved.

Are You Looking to Stop Smoking?
Well, you have three options here:
1) You can come to one of our hypnotherapy practices, to have a one-to-one hypnotherapy session with Paul Douglass, Avon Hypnotherapy's stop smoking specialist.
2) If you are in the UK, but too far away to come to one of our practice locations, use our find a therapist service, and we'll help you to find a stop smoking hypnotherapist in your area.
3) You can download our mp3 stop smoking hypnotherapy session. Due for release in March 2008, the stop smoking download can be pre-ordered now, and you'll receive details of how to download your hypnosis session on the day it's released.

Hi Paul, hope you are well,
Just wanted to let you know it's been a week now since my therapy and I
haven't smoked. In fact in a way it feels like I've never smoked.
I
haven't had any cravings and I have no problem being around other
smokers. The therapy has worked so well for me, I feel great and things
in my life seem to be coming together nicely.
I have recommended you to 3 of my close friends.
I will
continue to recommend you to people who could benefit from your
treatment as I am over the moon with results I have seen in myself.
